For a company operating in marketing and communication, an Office Manager is sought.
The figure will deal with:
- First welcome guests
- Management of mail flows: parcels, registered mail, incoming and outgoing telegrams;
- Switchboard management: telephone and general email;
- Travel and accommodation management: choice, booking of planes, trains and hotels;
- Support for some back office functions (eg expense reports - passive invoice encoding - payments)
- Management of general services (eg organization of office supplies - communication with customers)
The ideal candidate has 2 or 3 years of experience in the role, coming from the event organization sector, good knowledge of English, excellent organizational skills.
