Here are the main steps addressed with our coaches:
1. Skills assessment: through the analysis of knowledge, technical and cross skills, we can identify the correct positioning of the role in relation to the company target
2. Elaboration and drafting of communication tools: the output of this phase is the elaboration of a new and more functional CV, the writing of cover letter and the implementation of the profile on social networks (Linkedin, Experteer, Vimeo etc.) and the effective management of communication techniques in public (Public Speech)
3. Management of the selection interview: it provides people with the tools to better manage the selection process and prepare for a reasoned negotiation of the job proposals received, in order to increase the interest of the company and your own contractual power
4. Self Marketing and matching: this phase is made by the identification of the target market (geographic area, size, product sector, etc.), the recognition and development of your network, the support related to scouting and marketing activities of the profile (target companies, head hunters, etc.) and in monitoring the return on investment
