. Bachelor degree in Industrial design, Fashion Design, Jewellery Design , Car design
. English language
. 5 years of design and design management experiences in Product industry or other car or fashion industrial . Have succesful experience in innovation design
. Deep understanding of product research and development process. Familiar with the methodology of consumer research , market research and technology pre-reasearch.
. Profound knowledge in wearable product's CMF, be able to strong ability in productivity, be able to convert concept into product.
. Exellent communication skills both internally and externally.
. Familiar with the corporate culture of a large-scale organization. Worldwide top-class design education background.
. Adobe programs (CS5, Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop)
