Junior HR Administration
For a company operating in the ICT sector, we are looking for a Junior HR figure with a focus on personnel administration.
The figure, reporting to HR Manager, will mainly deal with the management of personnel administration activities and will support the training, research and selection activities.
Operational details of the activity:
- Management and verification of the presence detection process
- Interface with the Payroll Studio for the processing of pamphlets
- Collection and verification of internal requests for administration
- Preparation of HR documentation and updating of company software
- Reporting (preparation and verification of cost grids)
- Support in the management of health and safety activities
- Preparation of documentation for financed training
- Support in planning training interventions
- Support for the screening phase
- Scheduling of the talks
Capacity and knowledge:
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package
Good knowledge of the English language
