· Organize the new concept innovation workshop and complete the high quality design for products which can meet the needs of market and consumer.
· Cooperating with other professional teams, dig the new opportunity of business success and convert into design concept.
· Sense the design trend and give the input of trend judgement to market and R&D teams.
· Cooperate with finishing R&D team, conduct research on new finishing and material.
· Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Fashion Design, Jewellery Design, Car Design
· English language
· 3 - 5 years of design and design management experiences in Product industry or other Car or Fashion industrial. Have successful experience in innovation design.
· Deep understanding of product research and development process. Familiar with the methodology of consumer research, market research and technology pre-research.
· Profound knowledge in wearable product’s CMF, be able to Strong ability in productivity, be able to convert concept into product.
· Excellent communication skills both internally and externally.
· Familiar with the corporate culture of a large-scale organization. Worldwide top-class design education background
· Adobe programs (CS5, Illustrator, Indesign, Photoshop)
