SENIOR VISUAL DESIGNER

The candidate will lead the platform level design projects, take the responsibility of visual design work, and make it successfull

The candidate has full process ability from visual conceptual design to design execution

The candidate will direct designers on some domains: visual design style, visual component design, color and typography design and etc., and control the design quality

The candidate will setup the design process and standard, and push them to implement in daily design activities, and improve design quality and systematic standardization, and build up the global level professional visual design standard

The candidate has strong creative design enthusiasm, and also has effective design skills, and can motivate the team to explore and concentrate on design details

The candidate will construct and coach the designers on design professional skills and experiences

 

Requisiti:

 

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Design, Arts Design, Information System, Psychology, HCI or related majors;

>5 years of experience in mobile product, internet or related user interface design fields;

Has experience on winning global main design awards or designing successful products in design field.

Has experience on managing a team of designers, and creating platform and system level successful visual design projects of products.

An open-minded, creative and human-centred approach to problem solving.

Passion for creating simple, delightful, and seamless product experiences.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Work samples that show strong graphic design skills.

Demonstrated ability to strategically solve problems.

Required skills / personal characteristics

Team working skills as well as ability to work independently

Fluent English for daily work, good communication and documentation skills

Chinese language skill is a plus

Ability to adapt to multicultural and international environment

Proven innovative skills and out-of-box thinking: ability to go beyond state-of-the-art. Enthusiastic about creating new.
