The Director of Administration, Finance and Control (CFO) will respond directly to the property and must support strategy decisions, together with the other managerial figures of the company. In particular, it will be responsible for the development and implementation of the financial strategy as well as for monitoring the KPIs, with constant reporting.
The budget & forecast area and the management of the annual financial statements, the development and implementation of the investment strategy and the management of cash flows will also be responsible for it.
He will also be responsible for the organization's control and administration processes, in dialogue with all company levels, with external stakeholders and partners.
Proactive capacity for analysis and forecasting of financial performance, leadership skills and motivational skills is required.
The ideal profile has experience (about 10 years) in the administrative / financial and management control areas. He must preferably have acquired managerial experience in contract manufacturing companies.
Request degree in Economics.
Good knowledge of the English language and knowledge of the typical IT systems of the Administration, Finance and Control area are required.
