Customer Service Medical Sector
A leading company in the medical sector, it is looking for a customer service center for its Milan office.
The figure will perform the following activities:
- Verification and completion of orders, ensuring proper administrative management of customers and maintaining relations with hospitals
- Monitor sales and interface with customers to solve problems related to order processing
- Manage customer and material records (sales reviews),
- Manage relationships with customers by providing direct assistance (home care channel)
- Manage relationships with couriers ensuring compliance with both the service levels defined by the contract and the related costs
- Ensure compliance with the legal requirements and operating procedures regarding safety and hygiene at work
- Ensure timely and correct participation in hospital tenders and correct management of the provider
- Previous experience in the role of pharmaceutical, diagnostic and medical device companies
- Excellent knowledge of the SAP management system
- Tax expertise and knowledge of the pharmaceutical legislature
- Good knowledge of the English language
Framing and RAL will be evaluated based on previous skills and experience.
