Purpose of the position   Define and drive the online marketing plan implementation

  • Mission 1 : Increase qualified traffic on the website through an efficient and optimised integrated online marketing plan

Define the online marketing plan Ensure the respect of the brand identity in all local online material  Responsible for the website improvement plan Forecast and follow up on the online marketing budget across markets  Ensure agreed targets and KPIs per channel are reached  


  • Performance KPIs Online revenue, Call Volume, CPBEE, conversion rate, ROI, Direct Marketing KPI (Open Rate, click through rate, conversion rate, BV .), engagement and SEO visibility and traffic
  • Stake KPIs Internet BV, online marketing budget

Profile requested

  • Education :  High standard of education : university degree. Digital qualification desirable
  • Job experience: 3-5 years' experience in online marketing

List of tasks Mission

1 : Increase qualified traffic on the website through an efficient and optimised integrated online marketing plan   

  • Devise and shape  the online marketing plan and budget forecast   
  • Plan and implement all online marketing activities and liaise with the online marketing agencies:  online media plan (with EAF media team), online display creative, website animation creative, paid search, affiliate network, social networks…
  • Leading with an SEO approach, deliver the annual content strategy in order to increase visibility and brand awareness 
  • Align all the marketing agencies in order to deliver integrated and impactful stories, utilising the best channel for each piece of content 
  • Recommend any optimization on a day-to-day basis via A/B testing
  • Lead the website improvement plans, overseeing the E-commerce priorities in order to align  the website capabilities to the overall Online / GMDT/EAF agenda

Mission 2: Create an omni channel customer journey

  • Brief the EAF media team with local business stakes to ensure local specificities are taken into account 
  • Challenge media performance 
  • Develop local media partnerships and share best practices with other countries
  • Support  the webchat management

Mission 3 : Measure and optimise ROI

  • Monitor and analyse performance and ROI on all online activities and make recommendations for improvement  
  • Monitor & optimize SEO performance and make recommendations for improvement
  • Monitor closely budget and keep track of all online expenditure and make recommendations for improvement
